Out of Network Insurance Benefits
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to use out of network benefits to be reimbursed for part of your mental health treatment. If we are not in network with your insurance plan, we can give you a receipt to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You can call the member services number on the back of your card to find out if you have out of network behavioral health benefits and the exact amounts that are reimbursed.
Cancellation Policy
In order to provide you with optimal care, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Our therapists will never double-book. As a general rule, we ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we do not hear from you 24 hours prior to your appointment, a fee of $60 will be charged for the canceled or missed session. More details about our cancellation policy will be provided to you during your first appointment.
