Compassionate Healing is a private psychotherapy practice located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island serving clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Our practice provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment to individuals and families across the lifespan, with a particular focus in child and adolescent and trauma-focused therapies.

We are dedicated to providing high quality, person-centered mental health care to the community in a work environment that is supportive, collegial, and values the unique contributions of every clinician.

We are looking for passionate and talented full- or part-time clinicians to join our growing team! Our positions are currently 100% remote via telehealth due to the COVID pandemic, with opportunities to remain fully remote or transition to in-person or hybrid work schedules in the future.


We are looking for Psychologists (PhD, PsyD) and mental health clinicians (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) licensed in Rhode Island or Massachusetts who have experience or interest in receiving further training in the following areas:

  • Evidence-based treatments for survivors of trauma

  • Acceptance-based and/or Cognitive-Behavioral treatments

  • Child/adolescent and/or family therapy

  • Parenting interventions
