About Our Practice

Regardless of what you, your child, or loved one have experienced or are currently struggling with, at Compassionate Healing we believe in every person's capacity to heal. Our therapists are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy services that will guide you and/or your child in overcoming challenges, recognizing your strengths, and fostering your resilience so you can live the type of life you've always envisioned. We specialize in tailoring acceptance-based and cognitive-behavioral treatments to support you and your family's unique needs and goals. Our therapists are highly trained and treat a wide-range of mental health and life challenges. We have particular expertise in healing from trauma and navigating family conflict, along with child and adolescent therapy and parenting support.     

We are person-centered in our treatment approach - this means we believe that gaining your trust and ensuring that you feel understood, valued, and supported is essential to successful therapy. We care deeply, we believe in you, and hope to have the privilege of assisting you in creating the fulfilling life you deserve!
