
Dr. Katie is a clinical psychologist who brings warmth, empathy, and a deep sense of care to her work with children, adolescents, and emerging adults. She specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety and related challenges, and is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rhode Island in 2025. Over the years, she has worked in a variety of settings, supporting clients through concerns related to anxiety, mood, identity, relationships, learning, and behavior. Her approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story.
Dr. Katie’s therapy style is integrative and flexible, drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She weaves in mindfulness, relational insight, and values-based strategies to help clients better understand themselves and move toward meaningful change. Her work is strengths-based and guided by each client’s goals, identity, and inner resilience.
Outside the therapy room, Dr. Katie finds joy in traveling, getting lost in a good book, and going on long walks with her quirky rescue dogs.
