With adults and couples, she helps clients cut through the noise, get clear on what they value, and start taking workable steps toward it. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Stephanie keeps therapy grounded, active, and centered on what actually helps. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients and watch them discover just how capable they are.
